Yes, brand new watches comes with manufacture warranty. Each brands offers lengths in warranty from 2 to 3 to sometimes even 5 years depending on brand. For any preowned watch, it comes with a full one-year warranty in which we will guarantee.
What is not covered under warranty?
Please take note about the manner in how you treat your watch which could affect the warranty: any shocks and impact from knocks and bumps will void the warranty. Although, watch movements are amazingly durable small machines, let’s not forget that they are also fragile and should be handled with care. It is best to avoid rigorous activity when wearing your watch (i.e. sports etc.). Water ingress can severely damage your movement, so please make sure to only use your watch accordingly to its waterproofness capability and to always have the crown and pushers screwed down tightly. In this case, we can help to repair and be able to get your watch working correctly again however this type of work is not covered by your warranty.
Can you buy online?
Yes, there is a process in which watches can be purchased online from us however we will need to speak to you to obtain some information before completing the order. This is to ensure the security of high-value transactions. There are a number of ways you can buy from us:

No sales tax will be charged on purchases shipped outside of California. Only items shipped or purchased within the state of California will be charged applicable California State sales tax.

We ship insured via Brinks by FedEx Overnight Priority for domestic and international orders. This next-day service is definitely the most reliable domestic service, tracked all the way from dispatch to delivery.
All sales are final. Under one condition, returns are accepted for a refund within 2 days if purchased unseen and item is not as described, provided the items have not been used and are returned in the exact same condition as when they were supplied. We always cover the shipping (unless specified otherwise) but will normally require items being returned to be done so at the buyer's expense. We can help to arrange cost-effective shipping.
